According to Mia Halleröd, he gav some advices for you who dreams to be a successful business person. Here it is his advice in ten points as follows,

-working together, to creat a family feeling in company culture, everyone in company is important;

-keeping your office to be located as near as possible to the reality;

-compensiting your weak parts by employing a person who is totally different from you;

-do not believe those persons who kan and know everything; they are often catastrofy;

-to be gentle and to learn to hear other's meaning, but make a dicision by yourself;

-to have a fun in works, this is important for every humanbeing;

-resurse mean and cost effetive in your business idea;

-It is tuff if you work in night (3-4 o'clock), put your teet in cold water in order to be able to continue further;

-every evening you think about you can do better tomorrow;

-do not forget about your social mission that future need you.
