We have a darkest period of this year now. In order to overcome the depression of darkness effects we have to think in a positive way and to do things in a constructive manner and to make daily life to be fun. This means that we do not take things so seriously or keep negative feelings inside mind and body... Make jokes to almost everything and laugh about it... do things which we like and enjoy... never press ourselves in a high degree... be kind to body and mind...healthy is the most important preriority in all things.
